Philly 5000

Philly5000 (funded by Wells Fargo) is an initiative campaign aimed at reaching 5,000 new Black and brown homeowners in the city of Philadelphia. And help more families experience the advantages of homeownership and its potential for intergenerational wealth creation.

The mission was to create an exciting branding with a geometric pattern symbolizing the rowhouses in Philly's neighborhood and a fun color palette to transmit the joy of home ownership while helping families tackle the obstacles of buying a home.
